Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel, failure to do so results in a loss of you $25 deposit. I do have a 10 minutes grace period for any clients running behind, after 20 minutes the appointment will be cancelled resulting in a loss of deposit and a new one will be required to book a new appointment . I do understand that things happen, please ensure to use proper communication so neither my time or your money is wasted 💕 💕
